CrewFlow Privacy Policy

CrewFlow is an operations app owned by City Line Marking in Sydney, Australia, for managing jobs, crew, fleet, inventory, and field work records. FernByte provides software maintenance and hosting services to City Line Marking. This policy explains what information CrewFlow handles and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, role, workspace, and authentication status.
- Operational records entered by users, including jobs, clients, staff profiles, vehicle records, inventory items, notes, statuses, and schedules.
- Device and notification information needed to deliver optional push notifications, such as a push token and platform type.
- Basic technical information such as request logs, error information, and security-related records used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To provide CrewFlow features, including sign-in, scheduling, job tracking, crew management, fleet management, inventory tracking, and notifications.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- To communicate service-related information when needed.
Sharing
City Line Marking does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host, store, secure, maintain, or operate CrewFlow on behalf of City Line Marking, including FernByte as the technical maintenance and hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, customers, or the service.
Retention and deletion
To request deletion of a CrewFlow account or specific personal data, email app@citylinemarking.com.au from the email address associated with the account and describe whether the request covers the full account or selected data. City Line Marking will verify the request before deleting account details, profile information, and associated personal data.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, employment, contractual, dispute-resolution, or business recordkeeping obligations. Any retained information is limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable retention period.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
